REEP INC.
Russian and East European Partnerships, Inc. (REEP) is the largest provider of foreign language immersion training to the U.S. Government. We have a proven history of providing training, research, and expertise in all areas of international communications and have conducted operations in over 40 countries.

REEP's staff includes many former Foreign Area Officers (FAOs), Intelligence personnel, and Special Operations personnel trained for U.S. Government diplomatic service, arms control negotiations, treaty implementation, and intelligence operations. We have the education, language skills, cultural training, and experience to provide linguistic support to the U.S. Contingency and Intelligence Operations within the U.S. and overseas.

REEP's resume database of over 4400 linguists, trainers, translators, and interpreters (in more than 50 languages), combined with our overseas staff, and our Partners throughout the world, enable REEP to meet contract requirements under any circumstances, and provide short-notice response to critical U.S. Government requirements.

In 1996, REEP became the largest provider of Combat Leadership Workshops and Battlefield Staff Rides in the world. Our list of more than 40 instructors reads like a Who's Who in the field of professional military instruction and REEP has used these extensive historical resources to write several official histories for the US Army and the US Air Force. REEP also provides specialized training services we are currently contracted to provide nineteen highly specialized instructors to support the US Army Survival, Escape, Resistance, and Evasion (SERE) School at Ft Bragg NC as well as Special Forces instructors in such areas as operations, intelligence, force protection, unconventional warfare and base operations.

REEP's ability to recruit was further demonstrated when we successfully recruited a Russian pilot, with English skills and ten years flight experience in the former Soviet Union to support the George C. Marshall Center, in training for the Open Skies Treaty. Further more this pilot was successfully deployed from Russia to Germany with all of the required work permits in just 8 days.

We have proven our capability to conduct training in remote locations while fulfilling a contract to conduct parachute training and winter environmental training for the US Army in remote areas of Russia. REEP has successfully performed on over 150 US Government contracts in the past ten years. We have trained over 15,000 US Government personnel since beginning business operations. We have received multiple formal Contractor Assessment Reports for our US Government work on which we have been consistently rated to provide Exceptional Service. This formal rating means that, "Performance meets contractual requirements and exceeds many to the Government's benefit. These reports, similar to military personnel evaluation reports, are part of public record and available for viewing on a US Government access only web site.

LANGUAGESABROAD.COM
OUR PHILOSOPHY:
To offer our students reliable, established and professional language school options - worldwide.
To provide comprehensive pre-departure support for each one of our students.
To provide the opportunity to learn another language in an attractive, interesting and safe environment.
To study and live in direct contact with the local culture.
To build social relationships and make new friends from around the world.
To instill the value of team work and individual responsibility in class and beyond.
To provide safe, comfortable accommodation with meals included, where possible.
To encourge participants to enjoy a new adventure every day and - to have fun!

EXPERIENCE:
We have over 10 years of experience in the field of study abroad. Our trained consultants have up to 20 years of personal experience in the language travel industry and each one of us have studied and lived abroad ourselves. Therefore, based on our personal experience and familiarity with travelling abroad, we can advise and direct each inquiry to the best country or location to suit individual student's needs and expectations.

We spend a significant amount of time on the phone with each of our students who calls our office. We answer questions, compare our different programs and prices and offer recommendations to guide each student to the best location for them!

We also can provide counsel regarding airfare, visas and permits, in-country transportation, excursions and activities offered by our schools, culture shock, language levels, travel insurance, academic credits, living with a host family, providing past student references etc.

Please take a moment to read some examples of what our past students have said about us!

RESPONSIBILITY & QUALITY:
We are based in North America, we therefore abide by the laws of conducting business within North America. We are also widely recognized throughout North America by many universities and colleges, US Government divisions, language travel associations and are partners with the major student travel agencies in North America including STA Travel, Travel CUTS and Voyages Campus.

Languages Abroad researches the quality, history and credentials of each of the schools we offer. We work exclusively with established and professional language schools and organizations, so that our clients can rest assured about the quality of their program.

To ensure the quality of our programs we contact each of our students individually after they return from their study abroad experience and ask them to evaluate their program.

SERVICE:
We can provide the information required promptly; in a fast, professional and supportive manner via our toll-free number 1-800-219-9924 or via email (normally with a response provided within one business day).

We prepare comprehensive pre-departure information for each of our locations to our students ensuring that you are prepared for your experience abroad. We save our clients time, money and effort by making the difficulty of booking an international language program convenient for them. Our organization is responsible for the cost of making all of the long distance calls and faxes to schools as well as for international wire and money transfer expenses.

Languages Abroad also acts as a liason for our students regarding any language barriers, cultural misunderstandings or communication problems they might encounter after they start their program. We then follow up with each student upon their return to ensure they were satisfied (most are thrilled to share their experiences and stories with us!) with their program.

Every year we produce a full-color, detailed brochure for our North American students. The brochure features our updated programs and services and is mailed free of charge to all those who request one or the brochure can be downloaded directly from our website. The production of this brochure is significant expense to us but reflects our commitment to our students. Many of our competitors no longer produce a brochure, yet we believe printed material is still an important option to be able to offer our clients.

OUR WEBSITE:
We are proud to have one of the most comprehensive web sites in study abroad. Over the past two years, 90% of all our students enroll via our web site. We understand that most of our clients enjoy using our web site as a resource for general study abroad advice as well as specific Languages Abroad program information, as well! The world of study abroad is always changing; travel warnings are issued, currencies fluctuate, new school locations are added - and the quickest way to pass all developments on to YOU, is via our web site.

Each program has a dedicated page which features relevant information for the particular school or destination and includes the following:
General country information - What to see and do in that location - How to prepare for the program - Course Outlines - Language Proficiency information - Academic Credit information - Photo gallery of school - Location map - Common questions and answers - Prices in US dollars - Start Dates and downloadable information sheets. Our website is updated daily!

LANGUAGE:
By dealing with Languages Abroad, there is no language barrier - we speak your language! We all speak English, and many of us speak several other languages (such as French, Italian, German and Spanish) as well! While most international companies use English as their "official" language of conducting business, this does not mean that all the staff members speak English. When you working with Languages Abroad, our North American clientele can be assured that they will not encounter a language barrier.

Time Zone Differences - We are located in North America and most of our clients are located here as well so the most significant time-zone difference we encounter on the continent is three hours. Normally, North Americans are restricted to communicate with schools abroad by email or fax because of the significant time difference between the countries. Because of our proximity to our client base, we are very accessible by phone - or any other method you choose!

OUR PRICES & CONDITIONS
Our prices are very competitive and our "Program Conditions" are fair. We have no hidden costs such as a registration fees, surcharges or taxes so our program prices listed are what you pay! If you choose to pay by credit card, we do not add credit card surcharge to the total amount due. Many of our competitors charge an additional 2-4% on to the listed program price, if paying by credit card.

EASY TO ENROLL
We make it very easy for our students to enroll in our programs. For our clients' convenience, we accept several major credit cards or personal checks and the forms are easily accessible on our website and can be faxed or mailed directly to us. The programs are normally confirmed to the client within 3-5 business days, but can be confirmed in as little as 48 hours!
